MauritechProducts and
processes

We have been dealing with high precision turning and machining since 1998.

We work with materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, brass, bronze and plastic materials.

We perform customizable processes with automatic turning, cnc, machine tools.

Thanks to our partners we are able to perform various treatments satisfying aesthetic and design needs and guaranteeing the highest quality of the product

They are mainly used for the Hardening of martensitic stainless steels, rapid and super-rapid steels, tool steels, hot and cold working steels, Solubilization of austenitic stainless steels and Precipitation of “Maraging” steels.

Thanks to this process, it is guaranteed that all the components will be perfectly deburred according to a repetitive and constant process over time. In addition, the “detachable” parts (slag or burrs from processing, residues from the chip removal process) are completely removed and the possibility of the presence of foreign bodies entering the circulation in what will be the final apparatus is eliminated. Particularly interesting are the results obtained on components characterized by fluid passages

They allow to transform the steel structure only superficially and in well-defined areas thus obtaining a high hardening without altering the characteristics of the core part. By limiting the deformations and embrittlement of the thinnest sections, it is therefore possible to give the finished part a resistance to wear and a toughness impossible to obtain with other treatments.

The Burnishing process allows you to color the surface of the metal.

Galvanizing involves the protective zinc coating of metals.

The polishing process is used to make the metal surfaces homogeneous, smooth and reflective.

The metal processing by anodizing is performed through the creation of an external protective oxide layer.

Hard anodic oxidation thickness has the aim of giving aluminum and its alloys a high resistance to wear and abrasion as well as a surface hardness of around 400/600 Vickers, depending on the alloys used and the thicknesses.

The purpose of this process is to:

  • Improve the corrosion resistance of the material
  • Increase the surface hardness
  • Increase resistance to wear and abrasion
  • Provide moderate thermal insulation
  • Improve other features such as bonding
  • Pure aesthetic factor
  • Variety of colours available

We also perform external metal processing such as grinding.
